Please inspect your parts immediately upon arrival. Notify us of any problems!
We want to hear from you!
We try to be as accurate as possible. Depending on your purchase, some or all of your order will be USED parts and therefore may have scratches, dents, nicks, missing paint, surface rust or wear should be expected.
If we know that the part is aftermarket, we will note it.
New-Old Stock items: We may have opened the packaging in order to inspect the part. These parts may have sat on shelves for quite some time, please do not expect the packaging to be in the best shape.
IF WE HAVE MISREPRESENTED THE PARTS SIGNIFICANTLY, PLEASE CONTACT US AND WE WILL RETURN THE ITEM WITH A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING.
Wear Items: Bearings and Seals are left in used components - we recommend changing bearings and seals. We do not guarantee bearings and/or seals. It is up to the customers discretion on whether they will be using them. Part assemblies that normally have bearings/seals will need inspection and/or replaced unless we state that it had the bearings/seals replaced with new.
Differentials, Coolant tanks, Oil and Brake reservoirs, Coolers, Radiators - anything else that holds a fluid/liquid will be drained prior to shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to replace with the correct fluids after installation.
Part Fitment Compatibility: Customer is responsible for the fitment and compatibility, please ask lots of questions. We strive to get you the right part the first time.
RETURNS
All return inquiries must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Part failure within the time is not necessarily subject to a return - We cannot guarantee that the customer has properly installed the part and/or the part has not been abused after installation.
- NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS
- Qualifying returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
AGREEMENT
Just a reminder of the terms and conditions of the sale that was presented upon your checkout: The recipient of this merchandise does hereby release and hold harmless to JT Powersports Limited and any personnel in their employment from any and all loss, damages, lawsuits, claims, personal injuries, or action caused by and/or from defects in the merchandise, and further waives any claim of whatever kind and nature he or she may have against the seller. By placing an order with JT Powersports Ltd. You hereby agree to all the terms and conditions noted here.
